Welcome to the Lamb Inn, a beautiful Cotswold stone inn in the pretty village of Shipton-under-Wychwood.

The Lamb is the quintessential Cotswold inn, oozing charm and character. In winter cosy up by the fire and in summer, soak up the sun on the landscaped terrace, perfect for al fresco eating and drinking..

This lovely inn offers just five themed bedrooms, all individually styled with high quality fittings and furnishings, including marble bathrooms with power showers.

The traditional bar serves a great plate of food and a wide range of drinks including local ales. Our seasonal menus feature fresh, local produce wherever possible.

You may guess from all the racing memorabilia on the walls that the Lamb Inn is situated not too far from Cheltenham racecourse, just 20 miles in fact. And Shipton is perfectly placed for exploring the Cotswolds and the ancient Forest of Wychwood. We are happy to welcome dogs and their owners.
